‘ASEAN FESTIVAL’

Today was ASEAN FESTIVAL day. It’s our first day joining ASEAN festival because in our country there is no such a festival. What interesting from this festival was everyone dressed like they are from some countries in ASEAN.
Their costumes were also unique. Some that I recognized were, the students from different college sent representatives to wear their own costume which made from plastic and some other recycle stuffs. They were very creative.

Well, basically we started the ASEAN festival by having a parade to the gymnasium building. We started the parade at 7 am from the LS building. During the parade, we gave a yell-yell or sang some songs. Well, we were very energetic and excited.

Arriving at the gymnasium building, we then joint the event by starting with the greetings, and then traditional dance performance from us, and the performance of college representatives. We really enjoy the festival very much.

Around 12 pm, the festival ended and then we got back to the hostel. We then had a lunch together with president, the coordinators and also the staffs. We really enjoyed it. After having the lunch together, we back to our room for doing our portfolio again.
